The shared values articulated in our Code of Conduct are guidelines for each employee to comply with in conducting daily business operations. Prime among them is the principle that we respect and support internationally recognized human rights, a principal that underpins all our corporate and individual activities and disciplines the actions of every member of Cenergy Holdings.

If someone would have ever asked me what I would be doing in 10 years, I would have never said a yard foreman. I joined the steel pipes sector of Cenergy in 2007 and from then on, I never looked back. My role is to ensure products’ top quality by connecting people and working together. Safety plays a key role in our daily work to ensure the wellbeing of both ourselves and our families. The sustainable operation of our company means jobs for habitants and businesses from local communities so we can work and live in our hometown.

Attain the success you seek

I started my journey in the cable sector of Cenergy in 2014 as a production engineer. Today, I am a Continuous Improvement Manager and I use my skills and experience to increase the adoption of operational excellence culture across the plant. Shape your career with us

To be a jointer was my dream job. I have been with Cenergy for 7 years and I am constantly learning something new every day. I started my career in the cable sector as a factory worker. With the career path I followed, it allowed me to develop new skills to be able progress towards my personal objectives. Now, I am a Lead Certified Jointer and work most of the time where ever duty calls. In every project I take over, I get to interact with other cultures in a way that brings value to both, the company and the client. I am constantly exploring new areas of my field and there’s never a dull moment.
