Pursuant to the Belgian law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and containing various provisions, implementing in Belgian law Directive 2004/109/EC, shareholders whose stake in Cenergy Holdings’ capital crosses the threshold of 5 % and each multiple of 5 %, in either direction, are required to notify the Company and the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA).
