Cenergy Holdings’ companies embrace climate transparency by disclosing through CDP, achieving a B score (Management level)

Corinth Pipeworks and Hellenic Cables (Cenergy Holdings’ companies) announced that they have furthered their commitment to climate transparency by disclosing their climate change impact through CDP, a global nonprofit that runs the world’s leading environmental disclosure platform. Corinth Pipeworks and Hellenic Cables have been disclosed through CDP since 2021, and in 2023, they completed CDP’s climate change questionnaire. The two companies achieved a significant improvement in their disclosure score with Hellenic Cables and Corinth Pipeworks improving both to “B” from a previous score of “C” and “D”, respectively.

With a record 23,000+ companies that disclose through CDP in 2023, disclosing data on environmental impact is now a business norm.

Corinth Pipeworks’ and Hellenic Cables’ data will be added to the most comprehensive inventory of self-reported environmental data in the world, helping to drive action through greater transparency.

By disclosing through CDP, both companies are prepared to respond to the increasing demand for climate transparency from financial institutions, customers, and policymakers. Both companies shared their sustainability strategy and  annual progress on climate change issues in their disclosure.
