Co-optation of new Board member and appointment of new Chairman

The enclosed information constitutes regulated information as defined in the Royal Decree of 14 November 2007 regarding the duties of issuers of financial instruments, which have been admitted for trading on a regulated market.

 

Cenergy Holdings announces that following the death of Jacques Moulaert, Chairman of its Board of Directors (the Board), the Board convened on November 16, 2020 and decided the following: a) the co- optation of Ms. Margaret Zakos as member of the Board, replacing Jacques Moulaert, and b) the appointment of Mr. Xavier Bedoret as Chairman of the Board, replacing Jacques Moulaert.

All decisions are effective immediately.
